OGLEX Services managed operations services is a value-added service that is suited for clients who do not have a local entity registered in an outsourcing jurisdiction. OGLEX acts as your link so you don’t have to register a foreign company and manage the complicated task of navigating a foreign country’s legal system.
We provide the following services:
- Agents with specific skill-sets
- Payroll for employees including all legal requirements satisfied
- Workstations (Computer, VOIP Phone, headsets, etc)
- Usage of common areas (food pantry, private bathroom)
- Usage of conference rooms for meetings (advance booking required)
- IT Support
- All offices are equipped with Fiber Optic internet and power generators to ensure uptime
- Recruitment support
Fee for this service starts at: $307 per seat plus salary cost of each employee for your project
Managed Operations can be used for call centers, data entry, creative projects, accounting, and live chat operators.
HOW IT WORKS
