OGLEX has grown from a one-room office in Eastern Europe to having an international presence in the Netherlands, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and Africa.

In the early 2010s we pioneered the concept of a boutique style business process outsourcing company as we saw an opportunity to provide services to companies who would normally not consider outsourcing.

Our company is guided by a Code of Ethics known to the company as the OGLEX way.

  • To decline proposals for which our company or solutions are not appropriate
  • To withdraw from any projects where our client is not benefiting from our service
  • To provide an accurate estimate of costs and to set realistic completion dates for projects

  • To provide realistic expectations to our clients with a statement of our understanding of any project proposal
  • To ensure high performance and backing our services with specific guarantees
